How do you ship?

OK, I bought something. When will it get here?

Unless otherwise stated, all orders typically ship within 10 business days of purchase. Once your order has left our facility, it is in the hands of Fedex Ground, Fedex Smart Post, or USPS (typically FedEx Smart Post, but certain items or orders may be required to travel via alternative methods).If you need to receive an order by a certain date, please feel free to give us a call and we will do our very best to get the order to you by the date that it is needed. Where exactly do you ship to?

At this time, we are only able to ship to the contiguous USA, not including APO addresses. This is due to the unfortunate cost of postage and customs processes, which would effectively kill the deal [Back to top]

Can I return it?

I received my order, and there is an issue. What do I do (is there a return policy)?

That all depends on the issue. If you simply do not like the item, unfortunately we are not able to accept a return for the item. We suggest selling it on Ebay or Craigslist, or perhaps giving it to someone as a thoughtful gift. If your item was received broken, non-functioning, or damaged in any way, then please contact us here within 7 days of delivery. Please note that this time frame stands for any issues with any order whatsoever (non-receipt, etc.). Once the 7 days from delivery have passed, we unfortunately will be unable to assist you further. Do you offer a warranty?

Unfortunately, this would also be another untimely death of an amazing bargain. If your item becomes defective after the 7 day time from the time ofdelivery, then we suggest contacting the manufacturer. [Back to top]

How do I get points

Your points are derived from the items you purchase. Each item has a designated amount of points per unit. [Back to top]

How soon will my points show up after I make a purchase?

As soon as the tracking number is posted, the points will automatically added to your current total. [Back to top]

Can I transfer my points to another account or friend's account?

No, the points are non-transferrable and are voided if your account is deleted, or inactive. [Back to top]

I want to use my points for coupon codes. How does that work?

Once you redeem your points for a coupon code, your site will refresh with the automatically generated code in your redemption activity section. Your coupon code is ready to use.

Your coupon code can be used only on www.13deals.com. Please note that your code can not be applied to taxes and shipping, and the entire amount must be used in a single purchase or any left over amount will be forfeited. Coupon codes cannot be combined. [Back to top]

What if I make a mistake and ordered an award that I didn't want?

I've been a member of 13 Deals for a long time. Do I get points for all the old orders I've made?

Unfortunately, no. We just started this program as of 10/25/2016 and points are only accumulated for orders posted thereafter. [Back to top]
